Match your driver clubhead speed to the recommended shaft flex. ▸ Xander plays Tour X (TX) — a tour-level X-stiff for 105+ mph swing speeds. A proper fitting confirms flex, weight and launch.
Length & Lie Fitting Chart
Measure the player’s wrist-to-floor distance and note their height, then find the intersection in the chart for the recommended 7-iron starting length (relative to standard). Final length & lie is confirmed by player comfort and ball flight.

Shaft Tuning — Flex, Tempo & Weight
Dial in flex using both driver swing speed and backswing tempo (smooth vs. fast) — a faster tempo generally moves a player toward a stiffer flex at the same speed. The chart also maps recommended shaft weight ranges for graphite driver, graphite iron and steel iron shafts.
Weights are recommended ranges in grams. Use alongside the shaft-flex and length & lie guides above; confirm all specs in a proper fitting.
Swingweight & Alterations Guide
How each component change shifts swingweight — length, lie angle, head weight, grip weight, tape wraps, shaft weight and shaft balance point. Callaway’s assembly goal is to hold standard swingweight for custom builds within ±0.5″ of standard length (tolerance ±1 swingweight point).
